Data collected
Depending on your interaction: professional identity, contact details, organisation, request content, qualification-form answers, engagement-management data and billing information. Confidential investment documents should only be shared after the confidentiality framework has been agreed.
Purposes and legal bases
- Respond to enquiries and qualify needs;
- prepare, manage and perform a contract;
- meet administrative, accounting and security obligations;
- improve processes and services where a legitimate interest applies, without incompatible reuse.
Processors and transfers
Tools may include Netlify, Google Workspace/Drive, Jotform, Supabase, Stripe and Abby depending on the journey. Data is limited to what is necessary for the relevant service. Provider DPAs, transfer mechanisms and residency settings must be verified before collecting sensitive data.
Retention
Prospect data that does not convert is retained for up to three years from collection or the prospect’s last meaningful contact, unless the person objects or another legal requirement applies. Contractual, accounting and billing data is retained for the applicable legal periods. Confidential engagement data follows the contract, NDA and applicable retention policy.
